Code requires at least one at the front and one at the rear of a dwelling, plus one at any porch, deck, or balcony. Each is GFCI-protected in an in-use ("bubble") cover.
Exterior receptacle controlled by an indoor switch — typically at the eave or soffit for seasonal lighting. Includes the switch, the extra run, and the soffit-height box.
Plumbed fixtures beyond the bathrooms counted in Layout & Openings — e.g. kitchen sink, dishwasher, laundry hookup, utility sink, wet bar, or fridge water line. Each adds supply branch, drain/vent, and a shut-off valve. Hose bibs are counted separately below.
